MH17: Analysis of optimal firing solutions

This is a report that is worth reading.  It analysis the various senarious for a BUK missile launch to determine, based on the evidence available, the source of a missile launch.

This report does not support the notion that the BUK was fired by Rebel held forces., To the contrary the evidence presented indicates that if a BUK was used to bring down MH17 then it was one under the control of the "Ukrainian" forces.

Ukraine continues to be divided over the issue of language. An issue that is in the forefront of Ukrainian ultra-nationalist's political agenda. An issue that if left alone would resolve itself. There are far more important issues that confront Ukraine and linguistics is the least of them all. Yes Ukrainian should be taught in Schools and no one objects to it being the official language, but does it need to be the only language that is used or allowed?
